Registration policy

All registrations is permanent.

In case of cancellation from an attendant registered for an event without attendance fee later than one week before the event Go Virtual will charge a fee to cover the actual cost for food, refreshments etc. The fee is maximized to €50.

In case of cancellation from an attendant registered for an event with attendance fee later than one week before the event Go Virtual will not refund the attendance fee.
