Go Virtual Premium Cluster Support:

Buying regular server hardware, OS and software support do only cover the servers in a cluster on a server per server basis. Nothing covers the entire cluster functionallity. The Go Virtual Premium Cluster Support is an enhancement of the regular server support covering a cluster as one system. Go Virtual Premium Cluster Support is available for clusters running Linux (RHEL or SLES) and Microsoft HPC Server 2008 operating systems.

The Go Virtual Premium Cluster Support includes:

  • Trouble shooting of undefined problems related to either hardware, operating system, management software, end-user applications or over all system functionality of a system.
  • Assistance to customer case owner to engage the appropriate support provider to get the problem solved.
  • Configuration services for upgrades or expansion of the existing cluster.
  • Proactive advisory service for issues regarding upgrades or planned changes to the system. Scheduled support follow-up meetings with the customer.
  • The Go Virtual support is backed-up with the vendors specific hardware and software support.
