AI*Environment / ICEM CFD Release Policy
One major release are scheduled each year. Usually in the November/December time frame.

You will always find the latest version of the software as well as Service Packs at the ANSYS Customer Portal  http://www1.ansys.com/customer/
To access new releases and Service Packs we recommend that your local ANSYS Support Coordinator, ASC, creates an account at the ANSYS Customer Portal. To create an account you need to know your ANSYS Customer Number and your Site Address.

Access to new software and patches are fastest through the ANSYS Customer Portal. Physical CD-packs usually take about a month to reach your site. Major releases will be available through physical DVD-packs but Service Packs will only be available for download at the ANSYS Customer Portal.

Please observe the ANSYS Inc. policy regarding software download:
ANSYS, Inc.'s standard policy is to not distribute a physical kit to those who download the latest release(s). Requests for a subsequent physical kit will be forwarded to the respective Channel Partner if a release was previously downloaded.
